• Take a printout of the Form (A4 Size Paper 80 GSM) and fill the form (Own Handwriting with Blue or Black Pen in English or Hindi) and affix a recent passport size photo on it and sign on the column provided and affix left thumb impression. 
• Make payment of the Examination Fees using IPO and Write name and address on the Original IPO and send it along with the Application Form and community certificate (if applicable) and self attested  certificate copies proving Birth, Qualification, Community, Income (if applicable) etc. 
• Send the Application Form and other documents and Original IPO to Assistant Personnel Officer or Recruitment, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Hubli, Karnataka
