Education Qualification:
Candidates who are being qualified engineering degree (B.Tech, B.E or AMIE) in any of the below mentioned specialization with 60% marks may apply. For SC/ST category applicants 55% itself eligible. Candidates with these qualifications must possess two years experience in production or manufacturing unit.
Preferred Specializations,
General category candidates who are not more than 31 years of age are advised to apply. This means candidates born on or later 2nd November 1982. Age relaxation for reserved category applicants will be given as per reservation rules followed by the department.
Selection Process:
Selection process comprises online written test and personal interview. The written test will be of objective type question pattern, the syllabuses included in this test are Reasoning & Analytical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General English and General Awareness.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be appointed as an Assistant Manager with a pay scale of Rs.15050–41760/- per month. After appointment these employees will get a monthly salary of Rs.39000/- including Basic and Grade pay.

Candidates belonging to General or OBC category have to pay an application fee of Rs.300/- by means of bank transfer. Exemption from exam fee is given for all other candidates.
